Went with a group of friends, we got the set menu and was really worth it, the meal was amazing all the courses were delicious and the severs were really friendly and quick. was well worth the money as we could go up the top and look at the view before we ate.

A one-of-a-kind restaurant 190m off the ground, Orbit will amaze you with the 360 degree view of the city especially on a clear day, while you enjoy the western cuisine on offer. The food is decent and you'll find the service to be equally good which adds to the unique dining experience. Understandably, prices are set at the higher end but as a bonus, you are welcome to visit the main observation deck before landing your feet on the ground. Definitely worth trying!

Service and food quality is great. The view is unparalleled and gives you the view of Auckland. I got a bit dizzy though when we were eating and I am thinking because of the lights is moving in and out of our table because the restaurant is rotating (although slow).

What a wonderful dining experience! I thought the slowly rotating room would be a bit annoying or put me off eating but it was actually really lovely. My wife and I had a table near the window so we got to take in the whole 360° experience as we ate our wonderfully prepared dinner. The food was beautiful and reasonable priced. We had a lovely waiter who was prompt and payed attention so the service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend you at least look at the dessert menu! There's some delicious treats on there!
