When every restaurants starts up new they serve the best food and over a period of time, the operating, financial and quality pressures degrade the charm. This is applicable for Mani's dum biryani. I still remember the days where they use to serve an abundant quantity with a surprise gulab jamoon complimentary dessert on every home delivery we order. We always like the hyderabadi style biryani. However, these days the quantity is reduced and the biryani always tastes salty. At times the biryani is spicy irrespective of requesting for a less spicy biryani.
