Just ordered a pizza online an hour ago, called up to see where it was only to be told "Oh sorry we haven't received your Pizza" - the money had been taken from my card and i told him that, and i could prove it from my online banking, to be told basically tough luck, as they 'haven't received anything'... quite happy to take your money though!!! So now we are left with no dinner and have to call head office tomorrow to try and get my money back!! I'm absolutely fuming, never order online with these people!!!!!
