A few years ago, I would've highly recommended Pita Factory for their great, creative pitas but sadly things have changed. For whatever reason, what used to be high-quality flavourful pitas have devolved into dry, tasteless something-or-others. Thinking it was a fluke when it first happened I returned again recently and had the exact same experience. Both my Spicy Chicken Tequila Lime pita and my wife's Beef Gyro were INCREDIBLY dry to the point of chewing sawdust -- toppings were also awfully skimpy, although heavy on the tasteless, bland lettuce. Having loved this location and their pitas for years we gave them two chances to improve but after two equally poor experiences we're prepared to write them off. With so many options to choose from along the Hespeler strip there are much better options (try Pita Pit just down the road).
