Oh-to-the-em-to-the-MOFO-gee u guys!!! LOVED this serendipitous space!! 🌍😁🐙💜 I was invited by #CapeMetroRail and #TourismTrainCT on a daytrip on the Atlantic Ocean Southern Line to Twitter promote their new #HopOnHopOff Day Tourism Pass yesterday...🚞🌎😊 We walked the length and breadth of Kalk Bay looking for ONE place with a Twitter handle...would you believe NOBODY in Kalk Bay had one?! 😨💜😁 Finally, the FABS lady at Ice Café (BRILL #icecream!) said we should try #Lekker (Afrikaans word for "nice" or "cool"...as in "Do you want to go to the beach?!" 😁 " Lekker!")...SO glad we did! 😇🌴🐙 From the get-go, ALL Service Ambassadors were super friendly and fun, esp Thelma and Peter. Manager Karl was constantly checking on us and even Ops Manager Chandra and the owner himself swung past to spend time! 😘🐙🌍 The #pastries were simply exquisite..esp the #SynonymBuns (JOKES!!) 😁🍰😁 They also have KILLER flavoured #coffees...I esp went GAGA over the #Gingerbread #latte! Whoaaa!! 👏😊🌎😊👏 And then the #Garlic #Prego #Steak Salad..with rocket and caramelised onions and extra cheese (my add-on!)..words fail me!! 😘🌍👏🎼😊 Place is also super gorgeous...and airy and light with KILLER views of the Ocean too! 🌎 Oh..and you will LOVE the remote control you need to ask for to access the gate outside for the restroom...too adorable! 😁 One thing though...although they DO have #wifi..it is only..10mB pp?! TEN mB?! 😨😨😨 I use 500mB a DAY min!!! 😘🌴😇 But I wouldn't HESITATE to return...esp for the DELISH #icedcoffee...but mostly for the genuine, seaside-town-chilled-out friendly attitudes and breezy energy...DEF @jamescapetown FAVE!! 😘🌴💜😁🌎👏🎼🌞☺ DISCLOSURE!
