Very fresh and obviously produced on site. They don't ask how well to cook the meat but it was juicy and fresh. You better be a Trxan if you order the Jalapeño option. Seasoned fries were very good. Thin yet soft and not dripping. I enjoyed the local beer, and love the flight option. Will return.
