If you're not a local, you may finding it tricky to reach the entrance because of the one-way streets in the area. Staff are generally pleasant at this branch, but can be rather chatty with each other, to the point of getting orders wrong. Overall, still a nice branch. I only wish that they offered a local delivery service.

I have tried KFC's in over 10 countries, and the food here is consistent with the other ones, but their fries (or as they call them 'chips' here in South Africa) are really exceptionally delicious - and taste sooo fresh. However, the reason they get two stars is because its not too clean on the inside, and as a matter of fact the last time I went I saw too many ants in the first floor seating area - I mean TOO many of them. Also, the drive-thru is long - not the wait - but actually long (distance-wise) and has curbstone on both sides which you have to be careful of because you might easily hit your car at the turns. Even two stars is much because of the ant problem and the lack of cleanliness, but their fries are so good that they got lucky and received two.
