As what one can expect from Nando's, I've tried several Nando's in New Zealand and Brisbane, and their taste are almost identical. Grilled chicken is always nice, I just noticed the serving size seems to shrink a bit, and price did adjust to the times. Beware this is not a budget resto. Services are good, except during busy hour a quest should not expect their meal in 15 minutes.

We've ordered the 'whole chicken' and chips twice now and ask for it hot on the chilli scale. Unfortunately the chicken from this store has very liittle of the Nando's flame-grilled flavour and is lacking in sauce. I think someone needs to correct the flavour and cooking procedure at this store to bring it up to standard. We also shop at the Forest Lake Nandos and the flavour is superior. The chicken at the Chermside Westfield Nando's store is little better than a roasted chicken from a supermarket and far more expensive. Furthermore, we were told on the phone that our order would take 7 minutes. However, when I arrived to get it 15 minutes later it was still not ready.
