Needs improvement on customer service. Quality is also lacking: I ordered eat-in toastie and eat-in McCafe coffee. Result was take away style for both and toastie dripping with grease and bread not appearing to be toasted. No bin at Mccafe bench for coffee bits and pieces, have to carry it to bin 3meters away. Not very friendly or helpful staff. Felt like I wasn't welcome.
