Al Ameer is your classic Mediterranean restaurant. The food is of good quality and taste. The service is timely and the restaurant is kept well. Because the greater Dearborn area (including Dearborn Heights) contains a wide array of restaurants serving middle eastern cuisine, it becomes difficult to differentiate your restaurant from one of the several others in the local vicinity. Al Ameer has managed to attain this distinction and has become one of the "go-to" places for middle eastern food in the area, which is saying a lot. I would come here again.
