Average Pizza Express branch. It's not kept as clean as you'd hope and the staff aren't great (at least those who served me on my visits), the Chester branch is far superior on both counts! With Prezzo only across the other side of Cheshire Oaks the only reason to go to Pizza express is if you have a voucher as they always seem to have discounts.
