We were just passing through the area and WOW! Some of the best food and service I have ever experienced in a United States restaurant. It's really nice to meet a restaurant owner / chef who cares so much about the food and the customers experience, and our HEALTH too! He was genuine, excited to cook for us, and the food was spectacular with healthy ingredients. I actually felt GOOD when I left the restaurant. Really good. We have been trying Mediterranean restaurants in cities close to home and nothing can compare yet. I'm looking forward to our next drive to the east coast. If you are ever in the area, you must stop in.
