Very busy restaurant because of food quality. Love it.

We've been here a few times. I ALWAYS order the seafood curry laksa as I feel this is the most appealing. There was less seafood this time, which is a concern but, still great food. The congee with steamed soy chicken is always nice. The chicken is moist and not dry. The congee has a good amount of flavour without being too bland.

It is what it is. A chain restaurant, designed to be quick, cheap and easy. The food certainly comes out in a timely manner, and for a chain, the quality isn't even that bad. I enjoy the laksa here and find it a lot better than other places that offer it on Kingsway. Roti is always a favourite. Good place for big groups or just something very quick. It's amusing a place like this would attract enough people for form a queue around dinner time, but hey, one can't argue with the masses.
