Friendly staff. The service can be a bit slow. They seem to run out of gravy at weekends (usually football match days). Halal chicken.

I had an absolute amazing experience as me and my family dined on Sunday night. We were served by a lovely man named Ali who served us exceptionally. He spoke to us in a pleasant mannerism and gave us free ice cream at the end.
