Pathetic service!its getting 1 STAR as i cant rate it if i dont give them any stars at all which they purely deserve! The whole year round if i had to cal to make a reservation i am told that its a first come first serve basis. Knowing that i go there for iftaar dinner to break my fast and i don't exactly live near but we drove thinking that we would have a good iftaar. On getting there i am greeted n then i requested for a table of 3 which is a small table just fr my husband, my kid and myself! I am then asked if i had made a reservation which i am now caught offguard as i know that this branch does not do reservations. After discussing with the staff and getting nowhere i am introduced to "the boss" as the waiter described . Asking him how is this our issue as the customers arent even made aware via social media or advertisement that during the month of ramadhan they wil only be taking bookings he gives me this pathetic and rude hand gesture like its not his problem n thereafter tells us hw is it his problem if we arent aware of his "booking " during ramadhan.it is now 5pm n we break fast at 5:27 and this man doesnt even bother about his customers or the fact that we drove a small distance to get there! Filthy attitude and this isnt the first time we had a bad experience at this branch but we continued to support them. Never again wil i set foot in this establishment as he clearly does not value his customers and does not know a thing about customer service. I would much rather drive a few more kms and go to the fordsburg branch as we are always welcomed there with a smile.TEXAKHANA SPUR = Terrible service ! ! !

Excellent spur. It's one of the few Halaal spurs and its located in a very busy shopping / entertainment center. It's very popular with the locals as its conviently located. It's essential to book during peak times which are generally Friday nights and the whole weekend. If you can't book over the phone, you may be in for a wait however that's not too bad as there's lots to do at the Zone. Parking is terrible unfortunately but I guess that's the centers fault.. The food is consistently good and the time it takes to get your order is not bad considering how busy they can get sometimes. Overall it's an enjoyable experience and I would visit again.
