Taman Tun is infamous for having overpriced restaurants selling average food and Homst unfortunately, does not qualify as the exception though it made an honourable attempt. I do commend the establishment for being clean, well decorated, air conditioned with marbled tables and wooden chairs as well as free WiFi; in short, Homst provides a great environment to dine in. But the food simply falls short. The quality isn't consistent all over their dishes while the portion does not reflect the heavy price tag that comes with it. Now, the food and service isn't bad but at an average of 80 ringgit for 2-3 pax, or 30-40 ringgit per person, you expect medium high quality food and service, which it is not. No; restaurants in Taman Tun is generally for folks of Taman Tun who are rich and don't mind spending unnecessarily. Still, it's worth to try Homst if you haven't yet
