First time going recently and having been to many other Turkish restaurants in Leicester, Sultan was up against some tough competition. First off the service was simply excellent. Waiters were attentive, fast and friendly. Food came out very quickly. We had the chicken shish and lamb kofte with hummus. We were given a pleasant surprise when the waiter brought us another complementary meze, which was also delicious. The chicken shish was not the best I've had but the lamb kofte was very tasty. When we said we didn't feel like dessert the waiter brought us complementary tea - another bonus! Overall the experience was excellent and we will be visiting again. It doesn't quite have as nice food as Istanbul or Fes Mangal, but beats them hands down with their service.
