Good food, especially their burger and cassava chips. Little bit on the expensive side.

Austerity ruining the Samba. This is a vibrant canteen style South American eatery. It is usually extremely busy and very noisy. This was a difficult review for me to write as I have had a bittersweet experience at this eatery. On one hand the food varies from good to really good and on the other, the food portions are invariably too small the service sucks because there are an insufficient number of staff; who are ridiculously overworked and provide the slowest and most irksome service I have ever come across. They even forgot my order more than once! I have eaten here twice and only gave the eatery a second chance because the skewered kebab meat is absolutely fabulous. Food at Cabana really has a unique taste and a great depth of flavour that is very different to the standard offerings found everywhere else. The food in general packs a degree of punch and puts a smile on your face, offering many new tantalising flavour experiences. The problem, once your meal finally arrives, you get very little of it. Considering the price you pay and the slow service, this really is unacceptable. It actually feels like wartime rationing. Not enough staff and not enough food on my plate. I am not over dramatising, either my partner and I have been extremely unfortunate or this place is very penurious. Perhaps you may be more serendipitous. Limited Halal Menu.
