Visited this place when holidaying in the Gold Coast recently. It was a disgraceful excuse for a restaurant and I'll be unlikely to visit a Ribs & Rump restaurant again. The cleanliness of the outdoor terrace left much to be desired. The food was served very poorly. For example, the sides like mash potato were cold. The chicken wings were under cooked and had to be sent back. Two of us ordered the full rack of Lamb Ribs. They came out completely cold in the centre and did not have that nice glazed finish on the outside either. We raised it with our waiter and she took them back to the kitchen. The manager/supervisor came out and basically tried to tell us that it was not a problem with the cooking but it was breezy that evening and the breeze must have cooled down the ribs. We all laughed at this as it was the most ridiculous excuse ever given by a restaurant operator. The only redeeming factor was our waitress. She was very embarrassed by the ridiculous excuse given by the manager and she apologised. You could tell she wasn't very happy with the way they run the place. What a joke.
