A popular eatery for Maranao-style, halal food in Muslimtown in Quiapo. Their rendang is popular, though a bit salty. And the balbacua may not be the ox/cow skin strips you expect if you happen to have tried the version from Davao or Cagayan de Oro region - more like bulalo in a turmeric-based soup, and is made from carabao meat.
