i'm so happy to find this place. ever since i left Singapore i missed great variety of south Asian food. Tokyo has many fabulous Indian restos, but chat is very rare here. Siddique Palace has great chat -- with samosa or chana. i just had one today and can't wait for the next time i go to Azabu Juban. their chat is superb!
