The food is mind blowing. This is coming from a foodie who is miserly with his compliments

Came here for an impromptu dinner out with my girlfriend. We went in with no reservation and got seated right away. The food was good, but not the best Mediterranean food that I've had in the area. We started with a cold appetizer sampler, which we enjoyed. For entrees, we both ordered the chicken shish. The chicken was done perfectly and the dish as a whole was flavorful and satisfying. The service was very friendly and our waters were refilled whenever we needed. Past that, it was a bit lacking. We had to ask a few times to get the check brought over after we had been done eating for quite a while, and our table still had all of the dishes on it including the appetizers. I'm not sure if they were perhaps a bit overwhelmed with the crowd. I was impressed with the chicken shish and would be interested to try some other dishes for sure, so I think that we would return.
