On the two times we've visited, the heating has been broken; I hope when A fairly standard Nando's. There's nothing remarkable (great views, fit instance) so it's just three stars for me. There are some booths in a separate room that look quite nice, though we've never been seated there. Service was pleasant and quick, evidenced by the fact that our starter arrived before I got back from ordering it.
