Amazing delicious halal food. They just need to provide English information in menu and by staff. In my case there were some confusion about the options. We went in late and they accommodated our orders. Nice staff.

Amazing food, generous serving size, very friendly staff. Fully halal. Would definitely recommend this as there are not a lot of halal options near downtown/old quebec city anyway.
