I'm not totally convinced by the whole concept of "all you can eat" and a visit to Cosmo did little to sway me. After hearing a few people rave about the place and reading some of the reviews I ventured in for a spot of Saturday lunch. It was fairly busy without being manic, we were seated quickly and our waitress explained the concept. (It's pretty rudimentary: Get a plate, help yourself, repeat ad nauseum) I found the food to be variable, some of the dishes were on par with what I would expect from a takeaway specialising in that particular type of cuisine whereas others tasted either bland or just plain bizarre compared with my expectation. The food containers seemed to be getting restocked fairly frequently and only one of the dishes I tried seemed like it may have been sitting on the hot plate a little too long. The selection was fairly average for this type of place. It's billed as Pan Asian, when I was there this translated to a selection of chinese and indian dishes with a couple of mexican offerings along with chips, pizza, onion rings and all that jazz. Desserts looked like some kind of diabetic coma inducing sugarfest which I chose to ignore, plenty of cake, jelly and ice cream to whet your appetite. All told the place is OK, but only OK. If I were nearby I would grab a bite to eat here over a fast food joint but if you want a decent sit down eating experience there are plenty of better options open to you within walking distance. Cost us about £12/head for lunch buffet and bottomless soft drink.

Great international food buffet. Really nice Chinese food selection but lacking in Thai food and the Indian selection is sub-par in my opinion. Is always busy, you should definitely make a reservation if you're planning on eating evenings or weekends. They lost my reservation and made me join a long waiting list once, which was not a nice experience
