After having graduated from UCR in 2008 and having tried tikka masala from various other restaurants in socal, norcal, and even one popular location in London, I still find Punjab Palace's the best. The owner's extremely friendly, too.

The spicy wasn't that spicy but that's about the only negative about the food. It was delicious. They only got knocked a star because they sat my group in another room and didn't check on us for water refills or more orders
