Ordering food should be really simple and easy: 1) You tell them what you want and they bring it 2) When it comes you pay 3) If they bring the completely wrong order they will not tell you that they delivered the right one and hang up 3 times. This place struggles with steps 1 and 3. On the other hand they do actually bring food it's just a complete mystery as to what will actually arrive.
