My friends took me to this restaurant during my recent trip to Surabaya. They serve soft boned chicken. And yes, that basically means what it says. You can eat the bones :) We ordered a few other dishes like sayur asem and tempe penyet. All were delicious and we finished everything (including the bones). Price is a little bit more than average (for Indonesian standard), but I'd say it's quite worth it. Setting is quite casual.
