Been here twice and the queue is really long at lunch time and there is quite a wait for food so try to go around 11.30am - 12pm. They undercooked my chips and burnt my chicken which made it taste so bitter. They also aren't very experienced with using their POS system for loyalty points. I like the Kent St Nandos better but it is far from my office.

Service is ok, chicken is better than service.
