My morning visit resulted in a member of staff asking to complete a survey like it was the last thing he'd ever do. After completing the survey and ordering my food I proceeded to wait twenty minutes for my food to learn that he had forgotten it. Another member of staff shrugged off responsibility and I had to wait again for the first to finish nagging someone else about the survey. After receiving my food is was as good as any other KFC.

Decor is good, food isn't always as fresh or well put together as it should be. Service can be underwhelming.
