I was served a burnt Veggie pattie in my Pita on a weeknight takeaway. Extremely disappointing when you go home hungry and open the pack and find burnt food. Surprisingly the restaurant wasn't too busy and they took unusually long time to prepare the order. In this economic environment, poor service and bad food don't go a long way. I called the restaurant and told them about the burnt pattie, they apologised and asked us if we wanted to come again and get a replacement / offered another meal voucher. I was too livid to eat there again that night. I was satisfied with the way they handled the complaint. However, I wouldn't want to go there again, because I don't like a restaurant that can knowingly pack a burnt pattie for takeaway
