Because the waiter told us us "mothers know best", we went with his mother's (the chef's) recommendation. You get the food served on a single platter (for the whole group) and you are supposed to dig in using your hands. Delicious!

Wonderful and authentic Ethiopian restaurant. No knife or fork to be found. You get a large pancake to use as cutlery. I've never eaten anything quite like it. You'll have to go off the beaten track in Utrecht to get here, but it's definitely worth it.
