Customer service really needs improving

Good service, average food in my opinion, yet everyone raves about it. Price is towards the more expensive end, but not the most expensive. I would eat there again, and I definitely recommend the baconaise sauce for your chips / fries.

I ordered the cheeseburger and chunky fries....I had this food as a takeaway so I can't rate the service of this restaurant but only the food which was really good....the cheeseburger was very tasty, it tasted chargrilled and fresh. The chunky fries were also very good. I would definitely come back again for a good burger meal
