Long lines in a restaurant normally is a good indicator that the place is really good. So we braved the wait to experience the "World's Best Pastrami" --- and not saying that I'm a pastrami connoussuire, but...*IT.WAS.REALLY.GOOD! (*see note below) So why the 3 stars? Well the food is definitely a 4.5 but I had to average it out for the service and price. For a well known restaurant with decades and decades of experience...I was anticipating a very efficient service but experienced the the total opposite. The staff seems like they just started working, you can see the frustration from other customers and the manager/owner as well. It took almost 15 mins after we go seated for our server to talk to us (his area seems to be really busy).
