This used to be a really awesome chicken over rice cart, however after a consistent decline in the quality of their food in addition to just treating their customers condescendingly badly, its just safer to say that it's not the same cart it was. Don't get me wrong, their chicken and rice is still pretty OK and I still get chicken and rice from here, but its just an exercise in regret when they forget an order, or the food is just straight up cold or undercooked.
